pre-cooled room friendly face really good facilities
i appreciated the quick check-in and the friendly faces at reception. the room was pre-cooled , which was great after arriving on a hot day. the facilities in my levanda superior elevated suite private balcony were really good , especially the complimentary amenities.
the location felt a bit isolated at first , but i quickly realized it was very safe.

a really good hotel stay!
greek platters bespoke toiletries
I found the breakfast offering good, complete with greek platters promptly placed on the table each morning. the big green egg bbq in the courtyard fired up daily was a nice touch. I enjoyed a steak cooked to my preference. the rooms were spacious, a key reason for my choice, and the in-room toiletries were bespoke and of great quality. the metro station is conveniently located 200 meters away.

the hotel is near a metro station! it takes only ten minutes to reach the city center from there. this metro line also provides direct access to the airport, very convenient for travelers.

the courtyard has a big green egg bbq ready to serve guests. rooms include high-quality, bespoke toiletries. although small, the pool area is suitable for a refreshing dip and lounging under the sun.

bread range excellent coffee quality high pool size good uncomfortable bed soap quality low industrial area
the breakfast had an excellent range of breads and pastries. Orange juice and coffees tasted spot on. the pool was a good size, and the seating around it was comfortable.
the bed was NOT comfortable. the soap and shampoo products were organic bars , which were not very useful. the location is in a loud , industrial area.

stale pastries broken air conditioning
The pool was nice.
I expected breakfast to be better. The pastries tasted stale. the air conditioning did not work properly and the staff seemed unconcerned when I reported it. It made the room too hot to enjoy during the day.

superb suite stay
spacious suite automated features comfortable bed gym air conditioning
the aronia elevated suite was spacious. the automated features offered seamless control of the room settings. i found the king size bed very comfortable. the gym had good air conditioning (it was very welcome after a day of walking).
the location is not near tourist areas, which required more planning for transportation.

The staff members were friendly and offered prompt service. They addressed all requests quickly. breakfast had a good range of fresh breads and pastries brought to the table as standard. eggs were available upon request.
